Step 1: Intake Review - We begin by gathering information about your business, so we can prepare for Exploration.

Step 2: Exploration - During a 3-hour meeting, we take a deep dive into all aspects of your pitch. We review your current position, including your resources, processes, management team, marketplace positioning, and more. Along the way, we identify challenges and areas for improvement to create a stronger foundation for growth.

Step 3: Coaching Sessions - Investors invest in founders, not products. While the “what” of your business is important and must be solidified, the “why” is what we focus on. As your coach, we will provide honest feedback on your business plan and vision and offer direction on how to present your story confidently and answer tough questions. After our time together, you will know exactly what you are asking for and how to adapt to a varied set of investors. You will have the ability to present your idea clearly, effectively, and confidently with the competence to answer questions investors will ask about your business, strategy, team, and financial acumen.
