Step 1: Intake Review - We begin by gathering information about your business, so we can prepare for Exploration.
Step 2: Exploration - During a 3-hour meeting, we take a deep dive into all aspects of your pitch. We review your current position, including your resources, processes, management team, marketplace positioning, and more. Along the way, we identify challenges and areas for improvement to create a stronger foundation for growth.
Step 3: Pitch Deck Review - Ultimately, you will need more than one pitch to appeal to multiple audience types and formats. Together we will review your current decks and develop them so they are concise and straightforward. We will offer advice on how to maximize the look and feel and develop different formats, including how to sell your story in 60 seconds and present your business in seven slides. Finally, we will have practice runs and role playing to get you prepared.

Rhiannon is a CPG and ag-tech professional focused on quality management systems and continuous improvement through leadership training, plan development and implementation support to manufacturers across the United States. Rhiannon has developed audit standards, as well as training and calibration programs with industry organizations, shippers, retailers and auditing companies across the value chain.
